I Am Missing Parts Of My Order, What Do I Do?

If you are missing part of your order we would like to rectify that immediately. Head over to our Return Portal and submit your request.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged all you have to do is head over to our Return Portal and select the damaged item option. You have 72 hours after your order has been delivered to let us know & we will ship you a replacement.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I Change My Address?

You may change the address to your order as long as the order is not processed. Please email us quickly at support@daisydecor.co to change your shipping address.

Important Shipping Information

We must verify that the Shipping address you submitted during checkout is a valid address. If our system detects an error in your address during processing, your order will be put on hold and we will email you. This could cause a delay during the processing period. So please double check your address during checkout!

How Long Does My Order Take?

Our orders usually take 7-10 business days to process and customize and an additional 3-4 days for shipping. This process consists of producing your Decor and then powder coating it. If you have been waiting longer than this please CONTACT US immediately. Some things that may cause a longer wait are high order volume, shipping errors or order customization.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition. Not scratched or damaged.

Several types of orders are exempt from being returned. Such custom products.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must report a damaged item within 72 hours of when your tracking says you received your order by clicking HERE. You will receive an email to submit your picture proof.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Store Credit

We offer free returns if the customer chooses store credit as a refund. Our store credit never expires.

Holiday Sales (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, holiday sale items cannot be refunded.


Shipping
You can receive a return label by clicking here. Please use the same packaging or similar you received the product in. We will not be held responsible if we receive it damaged.

Can I Cancel My Order?

For an order to be cancelled you must notify us within 24 hours of purchasing & your order must not have begun customization/processing.

When Can I Expect My Refund?

Please allow 3-4 days for your funds to return back to your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • We offer AfterPay as a payment option for all orders over $35.
    • AfterPay allows customer's the option for creating a payment schedule in 4 equal installments with no interest every 2 weeks.
